- Sale Items: Only exchanges are permitted for sale items. Returns are not accepted.
- We offer an exchange policy within 4 days of the date of delivery.
- The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.
- The customer must ship the product(s) back to us.
- The exchange will happen only once.
- Please fill the attached form and send it on exchange@cincinfashion.com within 4 days of receipt.

- Please fill the attached form within 2 days of receipt of product and send it to returns@cincinfashion.com
- Ship it back to us no later than 4 days of receipt.
- The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.
- The customer must ship the product(s) back to us.
- Refunds will be processed through bank transfer after 5 working days of receipt of product in the warehouse
- Or we can issue a credit note valid for 1 year.
